Will you be working on my project, or will you subcontract the work? No subcontracting we will personally be on site installing your tile.

What materials do you plan to use for the installation (e.g., thinset, grout)? We only use the highest quailty products such as schluter systems laticrete Hydro Ban and for gout we recommend ardex and laticrete.

How will you handle corners, and will tile trim be necessary? Their are several ways to handle corners depending on your preference.

What is the estimated project timeline? Most bathroom remodel projects can completely done within 10 days.

How much tile should I order, and is there a standard amount of waste that should be factored in? Depending on tghe size of the project smaller project we recommend 10% extra on larger projects we recommend 15% extra for cuts broken tiles and waste.

What are the upfront payment expectations? Any project over $10,000 we ask for 50% down payment.
